Together, Ms. DuRoss and Mr. Scazzero were nominated to the PCAOB Pricing Sources Task Force in response to the financial crisis of 2008 and created a proprietary transparent market-based approach for financial instrument valuation. They launched a new report to meet more stringent regulatory requirements (detailed valuation inputs, levels, models, reasonableness assumptions) and built a comprehensive platform and workflow system [MyPricingDesk] which automates and simplifies the delivery of their high-quality valuations. As members and chairs of several industry advisory boards, their approach and product delivery meet the highest standards of regulatory requirements. Most recently, in 2023, Ms. DuRoss was chair of the IVSC Standards Review Board.
